Looking to have that summer glow without damaging your skin? Bronzers easily offer a way to be both sunkissed and safe.
Types: Bronzers are available in shimmers, flat, pearls, creamy sticks, powder and gels. For a soft and glowy effect as if you were sitting under candlelight – choose a shimmer bronzer. If you have dry skin – choose a creamy stick bronzer. If you like to keep a natural skin look – choose a flat, powder bronzer.
Colors: Bronzers come in a wide range of colors. Look at the undertones in your skins to pick the color best for you. If you commonly have redness – choose a bronzer with more brown rose undertones. If your skin has gold undertones – choose a brownish gold one. Warning: Stay away from cosmetics that have orange undertones – these look good on very few people.
Application: Use a large brush and dip it into the powder. Place the brush only on the spots where the sun hits your face: Top of the forehead, cheekbones, tip of the nose and chin. Blend well.
